As well bungalow Empireo is part of a 50.000m2 finca in the south of Lanzarote island, up on a hill with a breath-taking sight all over the island towards the atlantic, and in midst of countless palms.
It is situated in the garden of the main building, but a bit infront of it and as it is completely seperate and independent from the neighboured houses it has a high privacy.
The living room is very tastefully furnished and generously designed. It has a cosy three-piece suite, an open kitchen which is fully equipped and - seperated by a small wall - a "second-floor-bed" with a superb sight into the garden, over the living room to the outside and even to the sea.
In front of the living room (which is of course equipped with sat-TV, internet via DSL, music equipment) there is a big, windprotected terrace - almost like a huge balcony on the atlantic sea with panorama sight from Arrecife to Fuerteventura. The bath is of blue marble and has underfloor heating. Besides you will find a seperate toilet with bidet.
Highlight: with Jacuzzi
The new golf course in Tias is in the meantime completed with 18 holes, it is about 5km away. To Golf Costa Teguise you have to drive approx. 20 km.
Bedlinen, towels and bathrobes will be provided and also - on request - beach towels. Weekly short cleaning and towel exchange if desired. Lavatory / washing machine available. We can organize either the transfer from/to the airport or as well the car rental.
