Casa Sergio is a beautiful and comfortably equipped one-bedroom apartment, which means that up to two people can live there. Although the apartment does not have a view of the ocean from the terrace, it is only a stone´s throw from the water, since it is located directly at a popular bathing area that bears the funny name of "Monkey Rock". The building consists of a main apartment in which the owner himself lives, and the separate apartment in the rear part of the property, with fully separate entrance doors and an access of its own.

There is a lounge suite and two deck chairs under the shade-producing pergola on the beautiful and wind-protected terrace. In addition, the terrace has a beautiful floor which is covered with lava stones and is bordered by reed plants. It is a great little oasis and you feel good here, as can easily be seen in the photos. New: Roof Terrace with sea-views !

The interior of the apartment is also designed to be pleasing to the eye. The living room has a cozy sofa corner and is separated from the kitchen only through a small dining table with bar stools. In the living room there is of course a satellite TV and a DVD player, and the apartment also has a washing machine of its own. In the bedroom there is a large wall closet and a truly princely bed, and elegant furnishings can be found here, too.

Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
